Our Consumer Healthcare business leads the industry in the OTC, Nutrition, Oral and Skin Care portfolio of products. Key Responsibilities Our Assistant Demand and Supply Planning Manager, Consumer Healthcare, will be responsible for the followings, Lead the change in mindset and execution of Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning under the supervision of Line Manager to ensure end to end supply chain inventory and cost optimization and delivery of annual targets. Assist and provide demand forecasting inputs into the key Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) meetings including Demand & Supply review and S&M meetings. Execute the revised Demand Forecasting processes to support the new Supply Chain Operating model and Core Commercial Cycle. Identify and deliver Supply Chain transformation levers including complexity reduction / design to value / SKU harmonization initiatives etc. to drive frequency / reduced lead times and improvements in conformance to plan within the supply network. Partner with commercial to generate baseline, promotional forecasts & forecast assumption across relevant categories. Utilise data sources such as Nielsen scan and IMS. Embed baseline statistical modeling and integration of existing forecast platforms to deliver enhanced forecast accuracy. Promote a ‘one number mindset to drive business decision making and forecast transparency / functional accountability. Internal measurement and reporting of demand forecasting and fulfilment KPIs to drive improvements in forecast accuracy and bias, supply fulfilment, working capital and customer service. Partner with Commercial entities and supply sites to deliver NPI / Sales objectives for the region. Deliver agreed supply plans and load balance / optimize supply network in addressing identified supply constraints. Ownership of all supply planning parameters for relevant Category to deliver class leading service levels and agreed working capital targets. Support CS & L activities in delivering E2E on shelf availability of product. Why You Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's Degree 8+ years related experience in scheduling, supply and demand planning Highly numerate and good knowledge of supply chain forecasting / trade spend software systems and processes. Practical knowledge of SAP APO or other forecasting tools Strategic thinking ability always seeking areas for improvement to create growth, improve financial performance. Detailed understanding of business environment and ability to debate complex issues with peers, seniors & colleagues. Understanding financial impact and in-depth knowledge of cost drivers within the supply planning environment Extensive and proven experience in influencing and managing key stakeholders including Sites, Commercial team, and Regional Supply Chain, etc. Ability to drive continuous improvement across the Supply Chain Experience and proven ability in large scale / complex Project / Change Management and delivery Strong planning ability & able to work on own initiative with ability to prioritize Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with, both internal and external parties Customer driven and excellent communication skills Fluency in English & Cantonese Preferred Qualifications If you have the following qualifications and/experience, it would be a plus: Advanced Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent Extensive post qualification experience, preferably within FMCG / FMCH environment Knowledge in CERP / MERP / WMS Experience in operating within a GMP environment and understanding of EHS and Sarbox requirement Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus Candidate with less experience will also considered as Demand and Supply Planning Supervisor.
