Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!To ensure the preparation of all management reports, analytical review and annual budget exercise are processed in a timely controlled manner to support management on business result and KPI analysis and monitoring.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinates with colleagues from other Departments and/or Group office to prepare budget, forecast and management reports in a timely controlled manner. Perform analytical review on management reports, forecast projection and budget templates. Support the team to prepare all required management templates and reports to Management/Group office to facilitate business decision making on a timely basis. Review internal work done and ensure procedures and system controls being properly complied with. Other responsibilities

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet management and/or group office requirements

  • Automate and streamline the process

  • Responsible for modification to meet the changing requirements

  • Carry out ad hoc studies and projects

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University graduate and a member of recognized professional accounting body plus 3 years relevant experience.
  • Well versed in Excel and hands-on experience in SAP accounting software will be highly regarded
  • Sound IFRS knowledge and experience is an advantage
  • Possess strong communication skills with confidence to liaise with all levels including top management and across different functions
  • Problem solving and analytical skills

The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
