Job Description :
Our client operates in two business segments. The Corporate & Business Finance segment is primarily involved in Finance Lease and Cross-border Loan etc while the Auto & Equipment Finance segment is engaged in the Hire Purchase and Lease of vehicles and equipment.

  • Handle daily accounting duties on accounts payable/receivable/general ledger function
  • Monitoring daily cash flow and preparation of cash flow projection
  • Assist in short and long-term funding needs
  • Assist in month-end, yearly-end closing and reports preparation
  • Assist in yearly audit and tax filing
  • Liaising with external audit and bank
  • Assist in develop procedure manuals, review operational process and recommend to promote process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handle ad-hoc and administrative tasks as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree hold in Accountancy and / or Finance or equivalent fields
  • At least 5 years or above relevant experience in Accounting ; financial company is preferable
  • Proven work experience as supervisor role
  • Experience in using Accounting software and / or ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NAV & etc.)
  • Proficient in using MS Office application (Excel, Word & etc.) and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good Team player and self-motivated with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, mature, stable, able to work under deadline and work independently
