Roles and Responsibilities:
Promotion and Communication
  • Plan and develop promotion & communication campaigns
  • Initiate rewards and incentive to drive core business focuses
  • Transform data to insights for business, strategies and promotion planning
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals with descriptive and predictive studies based on business trend and reports
  • Take lead on various promotion and communication campaigns
  • Contribute ideas deriving promotion and communication initiatives
  • Work as a team player, contribute the team with ideas on different projects.

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University graduate of Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • 4 to 5 years relevant experience in marketing, marketing research or customer loyalty
  • Experienced in insurance or finance industry
  • Work experience on reward & loyalty, card marketing or relevant field preferred
  • Strong business mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Good understanding and working knowledge on MS Excel, tableau or Qlikview preferable
  • Strong ownership and passionate to marketing and communication
  • Independent and well-organized with data-driven mindset
  • Good team player and proactive to participate in a team
  • You are required to obtain relevant license(s) if your job involves in regulated activities.
