Job Description :

  • Report to the Managing Director for all aspects ofbusiness and personal issues
  • Independently handle correspondences, financial matters and ad hoc assignments
  • Preparation reports to management and follow expenses claims etc.
  • Perform administrative tasks (e.g. manage calendars, book travel, scheduling facilities and equipment, oversee budget management, etc.).
    Take initiative to improve processes and procedures with little or no guidance.
    Serve as a lead of projects.
    Organize logistics for a variety of team offsites and events.
    Support, and communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.

  • Degree holder or above, 5+ years expereince in sizable organization
  • With financial background and knowledge will be advantages
  • Fluentof written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Steady, ability to handle multi-tasks, problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication and skills
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
