Administrative Assistant II/ Executive Officer in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 509049)(to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have a good university degree with at least 5-7 years work and supervisory experience in the education sector. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese good time-management, communication and problem-solving skills and IT proficiency. They should also be good team players, attentive to details, and able to work independently with initiative and under pressure.
The appointee will perform a wide range of duties related to student finances including administration and promotion of scholarships, prizes and financial aids, student coaching, donor liaison, and event planning. He/She will need to maintain flexibility to perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned in support of the Faculty's mission, core values and goals. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
