Job Description :
· Provide administrative support to the staff of a unit/team/department.
· May provide backup support to an Administrative Assistant/ Executive Assistant.
· Transcribe, answer and screen phone calls and respond to requests as appropriate.
· Open and sort mail and may respond to routine requests or forward mail to others in company more appropriate to take action.
· Maintain calendar activity and make travel arrangements and schedule appointments/meetings.
· May serve as area receptionist.
