Our client,a French high fashion luxury goods manufacturer, is seeking an Administration Officer to support their Director in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide full range of secretarial and administration support to Directors
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for meeting arrangements
  • Organize schedules and make appointments
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Assist in any other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with 1 year working experience (Fresh grad also will be consider)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Polite, cooperative, detail-oriented, organized, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
