Our Client, A large multinational bank is now hiring a Admin Office Clerk for their operation.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to HK office such as ordering stationary, name cards, chops, envelope/letterheads
  • Raising requests such as new hire set up, voice log / systems access for team members.
  • Helping in preparing expense reports, ordering company search of new clients/prospects,
  • Arranging & coordinating client events, coordinating the yearly order for clients

Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • 2-3 years admin assistant experience
  • Patient and detail-minded
