Job Description :
We are looking for a high caliber Accounts Clerk to support our fast-growing business and daily operation of the team.

  • Prepare, process and verify sales invoices, credit notes and other supporting documents
  • Work closely with the team and internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing
  • Generate daily report and accounts data entry
  • Handle customers’ enquiries on billing issues
  • Data entry, scanning, sorting & filing and records maintenance
  • Assist in general administration work and ad-hoc assignment

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or above with LCCI 1st Level in accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1 year’s experience in accounting or billing function
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Good numeric sense and detailed-mind
  • Ale to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organization skill
