Develop and deliver a B2C/C2C strategy that will deliver against ambitious revenue growth targets
Undertake a strategic analysis: identifying ways to grow key client accounts, new commercial opportunities that align with adding value to our merchants
Develop and deliver best-in-market proposals that move beyond sponsorships, delivering real value to the merchants
Work with product, category management and other cross-function teams to develop new opportunities to present to potential partners
Act as a consultant to determine success measures key accounts and provide market-specific advice
Measure, track and report on the performance of all key accounts
Provide market feedback and recommendations internally to drive the key client strategy and optimizations of partner activity
Conduct workshop or seminar to existing merchants for education and new policy or product updates.
University graduate or above with at least 3 years of Account Management/ Marketing / Project Management experience
Preferably at least 1-year relevant experience in eCommerce or online trading
Strong passion and working knowledge of how eCommerce works from a merchant perspective is absolute an advantage
Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure and deliver results
Acute sense of online market trends and customer needs with strong analytical mind
Outstanding communication skills, strategic thinking and attention to details are perquisites
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in Mandarin is a highly preferable.
Occasion business travel to mainland China is required.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
