As an Account Manager, you need to carry out researchers to identify potential customer partners as well as identify their needs and develop solution plans accordingly. You are responsible to provide value-added solutions to provide decision support to customers’ portfolio management. You also need to be able to utilize internal resources well in order to provide technical solutions to serve customers’ needs.
