Job Description:We are looking for to join our component business. The location of this role is Shanghai, China. This role will be responsible for developing Japan based customer key relationships for solution selling. The major objectives and challenges are to grow customer base and , to seek and identify potential customers in Japan region and bring them up to next level at Converge.
What You'll Be Doing- Develop new business with potential customers/vendors in semiconductor industry in Japan region.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers/vendors in semiconductor industry in Japan region.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers behalf, anticipates our customers requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective.
- Identify business opportunities throughout a dynamic & fast speed environment.
- Tele-selling and cold call will be required.
- Co-operate and communicate with different departments across multi-culture working environment
What We Are Looking For- Typically requires a 4-year degree. Graduates from 985/211 universities are highly preferred.
- A minimum of 3-year of sales experience in semiconductor companies, fresh graduates will be considered with can-do attitude.
- Fluent Japanese speaking is a must.
- Fair English in written is a must.
- With sales experience in Japan market, understood Japan's culture will be an advantage.
- Proactive, a problem solver, result oriented, fast learner.
- Able to work independently, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.
