Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers (ACCS) is a service that allows Amazon sellers to receive the proceeds of their earnings into their local bank account if that account is located in a different country from the marketplace on which they are selling. ACCS is part of Amazon Payments Products, a fast-growing business with new product launches and market-leading features which improve customers shopping experience on Amazon.
The ACCS Account Executive will be responsible for aggressively growing the ACCS seller base. The ideal candidate will possess sales background that enables them to successfully maintain relationships, advise customers on ACCS solutions and grow usage across a defined set of sellers. A successful candidate will maintain active account management engagements with sellers and prospects as well as consistently meet and exceed sales quotas. A single AM might own either one or more territories in conjunction with one or more field reps, or the growth responsibilities in largest customer's divisions or subsidiaries.
Summary of Responsibilities
. Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
. Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers issues.
. Builds Platform and business knowledge to better serve sellers.
. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
. Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
. Evangelize, deliver information on programs, products via phone, email etc.
. Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity and first contact resolution.
. Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Global teams as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.
Basic Qualifications :
. Experience within a customer service environment. Desire to expand skills into new areas.
. Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements.
. Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
. Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
. Work with partners to drive adoption and implement our solutions.
. Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for contact response time in the face of variable workflow.
. Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
. Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity.
. Required skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
. Proficient in both English and Chinese communication.
. At least 3 years working experience.
