Industrie&Co is an Accenture company under Accenture Song which specialize in building software-powered products and platforms for our clients. We have a strong reputation in the Financial Services sector and love solving complex problems. We are currently on the hunt for a passionate agile coach who will be based in our Hong Kong office working predominantly on FinTech and Digital Transformation projects
Working as an Agile Coach -
Your Role:
You coach people and teams, not the problem
You coach people at all levels of the client organisation
You are expected to uplift the capability of the client teams going through an agile transformation
You share knowledge with colleagues and uplift their capability to deliver with agility
As a consultant, you are providing value to the client from day one
This is a leadership role for which at least years of relevant experience is needed and inspires, help and lead fellow teammates.
Working as a Scrum Master -
Your Role:
You are a scrum master for a number of teams at client site
You are expected to uplift the capability of the client teams going through an agile transformation
You share knowledge with colleagues and uplift their capability to deliver with agility
As a consultant, you are providing value to the client from day one
This is a leadership role for which at least years of relevant experience is needed and inspires, help and lead fellow teammates.
Qualifications
What we'd like to see
You are able to switch between coaching, mentoring, facilitating, advising and know when to best use each one
You have been a coach during an agile transformation and you know what drives teams to think in an agile way.
You understand the intent behind different agile techniques and practices
You can facilitate workshops aimed at changing mindsets and behaviours
You have run and created training sessions supporting a transformation
You are able to take on a leadership role without the need of a title
You love to share your knowledge and help others succeed
You have a curiosity about trying different ways of doing things
You are self-organising
You are a native or fluent English speaker
You enjoy working in a multicultural and collaborative environment
You embrace an open team structure
You are comfortable with consultative approach to technology
You have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to become a trusted advisor for their technological needs
