Job Description

•Handle internal and external calls from the users
•Provide technical guidance to team members to ensure a smooth operation
•Continuous improvement to achieve higher rate of first call resolution;
•Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking
•Follow up incident and service request

The Ideal Candidate:

•Diploma or above in Computer Studies
•Minimum 1 year relevant experience
•Candidates with technical Certificates e.g. MCSE, MCSA, ITIL is an asset
•Solid experience with personal computers/laptops/mobile devices in iOS & Android platform;
•Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting;
•Good communication skills
