  • Leading the team of Sterling B2B Integrator Maintenance & Production Support and assigning/coordinating the tasks to the team members. 
  • Ensuring all IT services and infrastructures meet operational targets in respect to SI performance. 
  • Responsible for performing the installation, configuration, and day-to-day tasks associated with the smooth and efficient operation of an IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environment. 
  • Working with Infra team (UNIX, DB2, Oracle, and Wintel) for issue resolution/ improvements/ system recycle on day-to-day basis. 
  • Understanding the complexities of business process design and maintenance, analyze architecture and security issues, and perform advanced troubleshooting. 
  • Responsible for identifying performance bottlenecks and provide administrative solutions where appropriate. 
  • Responsible for extensive analysis on different issues with knowledge on underlying AIX Operating systems, databases and administrative skills on SI/SFG. 
  • Identify, test, and analyze performance, memory, and cache-related problems. 
  • Involved in manually modify properties to increase performance. 
  • Use monitoring and diagnostic tools to monitor system status and identify errors on a server. 
  • System health and processing related performance report generating and sending on weekly basis to client. 
  • Working with IBM Support team for different kind of fixes on SI/SFG/SCC and implementing the same. 
  • Issue Analysis and Validation. 
  • Daily Business Report Preparation.
