Responsibilities: • Handle the marketing research to enhance the market insight • Assist in assess the performance of marketing efforts • Assist Seniors to prepare marketing materials and execute marketing plan • Coordinate with external vendors • Attend business trip for wine expo and exhibition in worldwide • Need to attend product training in China after completion of 2 months probation • Ad-hoc duties Requirements: • Diploma holder or above in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines • 3-5 years marketing experience is a must, with FMCG experience is an advantage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Candidates with knowledge and interest in wine and liquor is highly preferred • Candidates with experience in branding of new products is an advantage • Willing to learn and work independently • Strategic mindset • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) • Immediately available is highly preferred

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
