Job Description:


We are looking for a highly driven individual to help us consolidate web analytics and establish a solid data model in order to further our insight of our customers and exploit our transactional data.

As part of the ecommerce team, you will continually work in collaboration with analysts from each of the Inditex brands, as well as with the Inditex Systems team, to ensure a shared vision and unique strategy for the project

Job content and responsibilities

- Manage external analytics providers working for Inditex.

- Extract hypotheses and data trends to open new lines of research or to propose user tests to be validated.

- Draw up and transmit conclusions concerning business, based on the data collected.

- Create customised dashboards and personalised and periodic reports to make information more accessible to all e-commerce teams.

- Automation of key business reports.

- Collect, unify and exploit data from different sources.

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of web, app, email and social tagging, as well as marketing campaigns with our providers.

- Evaluate the implementation of the tagging to ensure its quality (variables and parameters, data-layer ...).

- Create and validate attribution models, fully understanding the different acquisition channels.

- Create and measure of key funnels.

- Assist in the creation of digital marketing investment strategies optimised and guided by the return of said investment.

- Basic usability analysis and metric-based optimisation.

- Create basic A/B testing and basic multivariate testing.

- Communicate with Inditex Systems and Ecommerce IT teams from the brands to ensure a smooth and successful implementation -of analytical developments.

Upper level University degree

- Profile At least three years of experience in digital marketing and web analytics. High level of expertise of the Baidu Analytics tool. Ability to analyse and synthesise quantitative and qualitative data. Excellent communication skills. 
- Ability to explain complex concepts and convey the conclusions drawn from data analysis. Effectively work and interact with both business teams (commercial, financial...) and technical teams. Use of standard BI tools (we use MicroStrategy).
SQL knowledge and the ability to extract and exploit data from different Databases. 
- Automation of reports and data management tasks. Advanced Excel user or another equivalent tool. Familiarity with SEM, Display, SEO and Social strategies, as well as prior experience in measuring the success of such strategies. 
- Basic understanding of statistics. Identification of measurement and analysis errors. Ability to aggregate data and extract trends, as well as to generate and correctly interpret data graphs. Adequate technical level to guide and assess the quality of an analysis implementation.
