Job Description:

Vice President – Business and Process Management

Responsibilities:

•Review and analyse the existing system methodology and business processes to identify and make recommendation for improvements

•Ensure implementation of new policies to new products including Credit Cards, Mortgage, Loans, iBanking, Digital applications, etc.

•Preparing materials adhere to business procedure in relation to new system implementation and new banking policy

•Assist in managing process enhancement and review system requirement in order to unify the operation and systems workflow and ensure the consistency in service delivery

•To participate in various business-initiated operations related projects including UAT plan, perform UAT and implementations to meet the schedule requirements

•Identify new opportunities to enhance exisiting and future products

•Cooperate with other internal departments to ensure operation is smooth


Requirements:

•At least 10 years of experience in wealth, commercial, retail banking

•Experience with banking practices, compliance, regulations, governance and system operation reviews

•Knowledge in FATCA, CRS, Data protection, Credit Admin System , AML policy etc.

•Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

•Those with less experience will be considered for AVP or MGR level
