Responsibilities： - Chinese / English / Japanese Translation, Office Work, Document Preparation, Customer Contact. - Promoting Japanese Prefectures and related business. - Planning, organizing and implementing various tourism events. - Contact, deal and maintain good relationship with Japanese clients. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties. - Handles any duties/admin tasks or ad hoc projects as assigned. - Inspection / business trip in Japan.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience preferable. - Experience in handling Japanese clients. - Excellent in spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua and Japanese (N2 level or above) - Proficient in written Chinese, English and Japanese Word, Excel, Power Point of MS. - General knowledge in internet, basic computer skills - Self-motivated, responsible and independent without supervision.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
