Receptionist / Customer Service

Job Description

Job Duties:
  • Deliver professional customer services to clients in Nail Salon;
  • Manage appointment schedules;
  • Answer telephone enquirers;
  • Very Simple Admin tasks;
  • Take on ad hoc tasks as assigned;


Requirements & Attributes:
  • HKDSE or above;
  • 1 year experience in front desk as receptionist / customer services;
  • Proficiency in computer skills (e.g. Excel);
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Mature and polite with good customer services and interpersonal skills


Working Time:
  • Monday to Saturday 0950 to 2000, Off on Sundays & Public Holidays
  • No need to work overtime

入職要求
-中五或以上程度
-良好顧客服務及溝通技巧
-流利英語﹑廣東話
-懂基本電腦操作 (Word, Excel)
-具一年或以上美容接待經驗優先

-可即時上班優先
