Job Description
  • Be the solution thinker on how to leverage on social media and digital marketing to promote UPS employer image
  • Gather insight on market trend for innovative recruitment channels
  • Review current recruitment strategies with special focus on employer branding enhancement
  • Design and produce resources on enhancing candidate experience in recruitment processes, particularly on social media and digital marketing application 
Skills / Knowledge Required
  • Year 2 or 3 Undergraduate, with a major relevant to Journalism, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Production, Advertising or Communication is highly desirable. Students in other majors with proven skills in producing multi-media (e.g. videos, graphics) production are also welcome
  • A creative solution thinker who always thinks out-of-the-box and able to solve problems independently
  • A dynamic team player who is proactive and able to communicate effectively with people of different levels in the organization
  • Well-organized and able to meet multiple deadlines with attention to details
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Excellent proficiency in computer application, skillful in digital media production, such as videos, graphic designs
  • Immediate availability. Full-time summer internship
