UPS Senior HR Officer, APAC

About the Job

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative support for all-round human resources functions
  • Be responsible for maintenance of employee information system
  • Participate in recruitment and selection process and other follow up administration
  • Compile and complete HR reports in order to provide accurate data and statistics for management review
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operations & administration
  • Perform ad hoc HR functions and projects

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferable
  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, self-driven and attentive to details
  • Can perform well under tight deadline and fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Immediately available is preferred
