About the Job




KeyResponsibilities


  • Handle daily bookings / shipments / pre-alerts and export declaration
  • Assist in system update and generation of reports
  • Coordinate with internal and external customer for air shipment arrangement
  • Handle customer’s enquiry and follow up on service requirement
  • Provide general support and assistance to the team
  • Leadership skill is preferable 





Who we arelooking for


  • Diploma or above
  • 3 year’s experience in air freight industry is an absolute advantage
  • Hands-on computer knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin
  • Customer oriented and a good problem solver
  • Candidate with clerical work experience is preferred
  • Be responsible and willing to learn
  • Work Location: Tsuen Wan
