UPS Human Resources Supervisor

About the Job

Assisting the Human Resources Manager, the HR Supervisor would be in a proactive position to support managing day-to-day HR initiatives under a rapid growing business setting. The high-caliber incumbent would deliver below key HR functions.
  • Oversee the team of Learning and Development and Workforce Planning
  • Formulate and execute recruitment strategies to meet operation business needs
  • Support all the coordination of training programs in accordance with organizational plan and corporate requirements
  • Conducting and managing performance evaluation in a consistent, fair, and objective manner in accordance to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with business units to identify employee issues and proactively handle employee concerns
  • Leveraging on company funding and community relations to manage community engagement initiatives and events to maximize employee involvement in community events
  • Managing regular HR initiatives that are related but not limited to performance management, career development, employee relations and recruitment areas
The successful candidate would likely to articulate the following.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years or above HR relevant experience, experience in MNC and same industry will be highly desirable
  • Demonstration of work proficiency in project planning and management
  • Independent, resourceful, well-organized, self-motivated, customer-, result- and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
