UPS Human Resources Officer (Recruitment & Training)

About the Job

To support the professional deliverables of UPS as a long-established leader in global Logistics and Freight Forwarding, we are seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team.

As one of United Problem Solvers™, the high-caliber incumbent would,

  • Maintain internal training records in high accuracy to make sure employees’ compliance to assigned training are fulfilled according to organization plan

  • Facilitate and support internal training to ensure smooth and professional delivery of the sessions

  • Participate in the full cycle of recruitment and selection process with focus in operations staffing

  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation

  • Consolidate and prepare employee relation and communication materials to ensure organization news and important updates are conveyed to all staff

A successful candidate would likely to articulate the following,

  • A degree holder in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or relevant

  • Possessing 1-2 years working experience. Fresh Graduates with proactive learning attitude and interest in HR are also welcome

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; work proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

  • Work proficiency in MS Office Applications

  • Knowledge of local labor ordinance is an added advantage

  • A good team player who can work independently

  • Excellent communication skills with mature working attitude

  • Able to perform well under tight deadlines and a fast-moving business environment
