Travel Management Assistant

Job Description
  • Helps to assist the team to deliver general administrative services to customers
  • Performs assistance to monitor overall performance in terms of costs, productivity and quality of the team.
  • Coordinate the provision of secretarial support including correspondence handling, meeting/travel arrangement and calendar management for customers etc.
  • Performs general administration matters including facilities management, obtain of approvals and claims etc.
  • Helps to assist and liaise with parties to ensure a smooth administrative support provided by the team

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management/Administration/Accounting or related field
  • At least one (1) years of experience in related field is required for this position, preferably in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and/or shared service environment.
  • Must have experience in any of the following; Contract Management, Purchasing, Payments and Order Management, Claims, Travel Management
  • Capable to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks effectively.
  • Strong personality and confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
  • A good team player strong in coordination, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Flexible attitude, patient, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and systematically
  • Customer focus and ability to monitor and meet customer expectations continuously.
  • Possess experiences of dealing with both Customers and Sales personnel at all levels on service delivery matters
  • Experience in multi-culture environment in different countries.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is required.
  • Must be willing to work in Pasig
