Our Client
Listed in Hong Kong and wiith a proven track record of success, our client is one of the leading property developer with an extensive portfolio in Hong Kong and China. They are now looking to recruit a passionate training professional to join them as the Training Manager.

About the Role
Reporting to Head of HR and leading a small team of training staff, this is a newly created role. You will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of training programs and provide training support to business leaders by identifying the training needs of current and future leaders while assessing the efficiency / effectiveness of the competency model and make adjustments as required. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with external consultants to ensure training curriculum is effective and up to date.

The Successful Applicant
  • Degree holder in HR Management and or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of solid training experience gained from reputable organizations preferably in the Property Development sector
  • NBTI and or DISC certified trainer will be advantageous
  • Familiar in dealing with external consultants
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to work with cross functional departments
  • Self motivated with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
