Our client,a statutory body established in 1966 as the international marketing dedicated to creating opportunities for Hong Kong's businesses, is seeking aTemporary Event Administrator to support their coming event.

Job Duties:
  • Conduct telemarketing so as to promote business matching events.
  • Dispatch DM
  • Data input, document filling
  • Good at typing in Chinese and English; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Logistics support eg. packing onsite materials, banners, foam board, etc.

Job Duties for Onsite:
  • Call up the HK companies for meeting
  • Escort business meetings with Hong Kong buyers with Overseas exhibitors
  • Escort business meetings with Overseas buyers with Hong Kong suppliers
  • Collect the surveys, comments and market information from Hong Kong and overseas customers
  • Conduct onsite business matching
  • Logistics support eg. packing onsite materials, set up the meeting rooms, banners, foam board, etc.

  1. Undergraduate or degree graduate
  2. Being outgoing, proactive, well-mannered, polite, good attitude and could be actively approach the buyers & suppliers.
  3. Temp with relevant working experience in promoters, selling, telesales is an advantage.
  4. Being patient and careful in doing data entry.
  5. Fluent in Cantonese, English, Mandarin
