Job Description

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for the implementations, continuous improvements, system integrations and support of the Customer Care applications projects in the Asia-Pacific Region.


Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Process design, system support as well as continuous improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional design for our Customer Care applications.
  • Analyse issues, manage change requests as per business priorities, and propose solutions and improvements
  • Design, test, document and implement those changes
  • Provide user training and documentation
  • Deliver a high standard, effective support to business users’ post-implementation
  • Technical Integration: CRM administration, configuration, customization & developments
  • Integration with other systems: ERP, Web and mobile applications


Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Information system, Engineering
  • At least 5+ years of experience on CRM system – data import, administration, configuration, customization & development
  • Experience in both business analysis and technical analysis
  • Perform gap analysis of existing vs. desired system functionality
  • At least 3+ years hands on PHP development as well as Java development
  • Basic understanding of Database and queries
  • Knowledge of LAMP stack and framework
  • Behaviour skills:  pro-active, autonomous, willing to learn, strong analytical skills, good stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
