Lead a small talent acquisition team - for Talent Solutions and Career Progression Project.
Evaluates the effectiveness and refines thecurrent and long-term talent acquisition and sourcing strategies making recommendations to the Company’s sourcing strategy and structure.
Develops recruiting strategies and programs based on business needs and priorities that ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions at all levels in the organization including strategic and executive positions.
Introduces innovative hiring methodologies through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates.
Designs, implements and maintains the appropriate processes, tools, systems and training necessary to scale and support the recruiting function.
Collaborates and executes on employer brand initiatives driving focus on the candidate experience.
Analyzes trends and metrics to understand business needs to align recruiting strategies.
Ensures reporting objectives are met and data is transformed into useful business intelligence.
Identifies and negotiates contracts with external recruiting, technology and vendors that support the pre-employment process.
Partnering with Vi’s HRIS Manager, evaluates, makes recommendations, and leads talent acquisition technology efforts including management of the Company’s Applicant Tracking System, Career Portal and other third party technologies supporting Vi’s talent acquisition strategies.
Qualified applicants will possess 10 years progressive experience in talent acquisition technology and alternative recruitment strategies and experience in strategically sourcing candidates from a variety of sources; managing the full life cycle recruitment process.Hospitalityindustry preferred. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related degree. Master’s degree in HR is preferred.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
