Our client is a global pharmaceutical company. To support the fast growing business, they are now l ooking for a Talent Development Senior Manager to join their Beijing Headquarter.
You will assist in designing, structuring and the execution of talent development system and make continuous and consistent improvement to build a strong talent pipeline support. You should build up close connection with global Talent Management team to maximize support and resources needed. Also assist to drive Organization and Talent Review program and design overall development tools and tracking system. You will work closely with related HR BP to ensure quality identification of key talents of the organization and follow up the execution of individual development plan and provide coaching to HR BP. Training delivery as needed.
To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with rich experience in talent development, and an internal client service mindset, consulting firm experience preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skill is a must. And it is essential to be fluent in English.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
