Job Title:                              Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist 

Location:                              Metro Manila / NCR 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for all recruitment activities of the company across all business units while also managing the sourcing and recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received up to the time the candidate is on-boarded.

Principal Responsibilities:

o Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.

o Provide administrative support throughout the Talent Acquisition process from schedule interviews for recruiters and managers and other stakeholders, movement of candidates in applicant tracking system.

o Discuss with candidates pre-employment requirements including medical and ensure complete submission of documents, gathering of documents and coordination with vendor.

o Manages internal communications related to hiring such as internal job posting

o Manage invoices from vendors

o Assist with reference checks and acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) with stakeholders on activities related to reference checks.

o Manages candidate files prior to on-boarding

o Manages set up of temporary employees

o Monitors, tracks and manages all hiring collaterals

o Provide a quality experience for all candidates

o Provides sourcing support to other hiring requirements

o Supports team or other team members on specific project based hiring requirements through developing appropriate strategies.    

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Creative / Innovative

• Good partnering skills

• Good People Skills, approachable, able to adjust to different levels of the organization.

• High energy level

• Excellent communications skills

• Social media savvy. Familiarity with photoshop, Microsoft office a plus

• Work location: Taguig
