They currently have an opportunity in Talent Acquisition Team. This role will work closely with business line leaders in different business portfolio and support their hiring needs. You are the partner with them and design and deliver innovative talent sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth and needs. Since they have a wide range of business portfolio, you can gain the experiences in different industries.
Requirements
  • University graduate, with minimum 5-8 years of recruitment experience, track record of candidate sourcing and recruitment channel development, both in-house or external recruiter experience will be considered
  • Passionate and proactive,willing to take initiatives
  • Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
