Manage and coach the designated Relationship Managers to achieve business and management targets effectively
Solicit new business and deepen existing relationship with corporate clients, focusing on China Corporates
Origination of new business in structuring and distributing of syndicated loan transactions etc
Lead and supervise the team for deals from origination to execution
Business development in global capital financing, including structured finance, M&A, syndication, debt capital market, acquisition financing, leveraged financing, asset backed financing, cross-border financing, pre-IPO financing, aircraft financing, project finance, etc.
Work closely with Mainland branches for referral business
Analyze, formulate, propose and execute financial solutions and client relationship management efficiently
Monitor customer portfolio and conduct credit risk analysis
Contribute in product development and re-engineering
University graduated with 15+ years of experience in Corporate Banking who are currently working as Senior Relationship Manager, with focus in China Corporates
Strong track record in business development skills, familiar with financial markets
Experienced in people management
Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills, solid experience in credit analysis
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Fluent Putonghua is a must

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
