職責:
  • 監督日常店舖營運。
  • 帶領團隊日常工作,提供優質服務。
  • 推動及激勵銷售團隊實現團隊銷售目標,及個人KPI。
  • 以客戶為中心,重視客戶服務質量,與顧客部持良好關係。
  • 處理人力安排,報告,每月值班表,店舖策略,倉存管理等。
  • 給予銷售員良好培訓。
  • 協助店舖舉辦銷售活動

Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales, achieve optimum sales target.
  • Motivate frontline staff to achieve the company goal.
  • Supervise daily operation activities in shop. • Maintain team morale.
  • Lead the team to provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Oversee manpower arrangement, invovlve in strategic planning and stock management, handle customer complains.
  • Cooperate with marketing team for shop events, and in shop promotions.

入職要求:
  • 店舖管理相關銷售經驗 。
  • 能操流利粵語、懂英語及普通話。
  • 良好溝通技巧。
  • 能與顧客及店舖團隊有效溝通,有責任感。
  • 能獨立工作, 了解公司指令 。 •
  • 好的時尚觸覺 ,積極主動,目標為本,態度正面及時刻自我鼓勵。
  • 基本電腦操作。

Requirements:
  • Solid experience in fashion retail for Supervisor.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work independently, and under pressure.
  • Work with passion; high team spirit; independent; responsible, good team player.
  • Good Fashion sense.
