Job Title: STOCK ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description:

STOCK ADMINISTRATOR

MISSION:

Support and manage the stores operations from the view of the stock control;

Be responsible for the coherence between theoretical stockand physical stock in stores;

Dedicate to continuous perfection on the operation andprocedures in the stores.

FUNCTIONS:
1. Register the movements of inbound and outbound

2. Control and analyse the theoretical stock in system, keep it synchronized with the physical situation

3. Communicate to related departments in China and Spain

4. Provide continuous supports to team leader in setting up control mechanism on various internal controls processes

5. Involved in other projects initiated by the company

6. Ad hoc tasks from team leader and manager
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2-3 years of working experience in stock/inventory control or finance positions, experiencein retail of fashion industry is a plus
 2. Essential language proficiency: Mandarin andEnglish 
3. Advanced MS Office skills (Especially in MS OfficeAccess) 
4. Quick in adapting new environment and pressure 
5. Patience and detail oriented EDUCATION: Major in Logistics, Business Administration or other relevant specialties
