Your Profile ü Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or other related disciplines ü At least 3 years of software development experience ü Strong interest and knowledge in Digital channels ü Self-motivated, willing learner and capable of working under minimal supervision ü Demonstrates an excellent level of attention to detail ü Familiar with several development process and platforms ü Includes; BDE, TeamSite, WCM, Adobe Experience Manager ü Good communications skills ü Fluent in English & Cantonese (Fluency in Mandarin is a plus)
Job Duties & Responsibilities ü Work closely with various teams within Retail Bank and Wealth Management (RBWM) to understand requirements and clarify request ü Developing, maintaining and releasing content across the Digital platforms ü Lead development for small-to-medium projects according to timeframe and standards ü Support delivery of projects ü Contribute to the definition of and ensure development adheres to the development standards ü Accountable for managing tests & UAT to deliver to business expectations ü Reviewing briefs and changes to highlight risks and issues to ensure the Live service is protected at all times

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
