You will be interacting with various cross functional engineering and project management teams to drive the quality of the Siri and helps millions of people get things done — just by asking.
5+ years of professional work experience in software quality engineering
Able to demonstrate effective root cause analysis skills, with and without code exposure
Thorough knowledge of testing cross platform Apple products with use of debugging tools and Terminal
Capable to drive, train and document domain knowledge concepts across teams
Familiar with automate framework and capable to automate testing
Good time management to ensure tasks are complete in high quality within deadlines
Good judgment in reviewing software defects and able to escalate in timely manner to improve release quality
Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Strong organisational skills and problem solving skills on large cross functional team
Excellent verbal and written communication, team player mentality and collaborative
Experience with Java, Python, Bash, Perl, C++, Databases is a plus
The Siri team is looking for someone with a combination of strong programming skills and a creative, user-focused mindset. We seek a true team player who can collaborate with engineers in several technical areas who have created the entire range of Siri's capabilities. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent, with 5+ years of industry experience

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
