Lead the team to achieve Brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
Manage and oversee the daily store operations and provide excellent customer services
Evaluate the manpower planning and allocation of shop operation
Contribute and implement marketing programs to enhance brand’s awareness
Collect, analyses and compile report of market information
Ensure all directions and guidelines are followed properly and compliance to operation standards on procedures, reports, cash, stocks and other service standards
Tertiary education or above
A minimum of 8 years’ retail working experience at least 3 years’ at management level
Strong leadership and people management skills
Result-focused, possess leadership skill and competent on people management
Good command of spoken Putonghua, English and Cantonese
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Lessexperienced will be considered as Shop Supervisor

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
