Strategic HR partner: collaborate with Department Heads to build and develop talents and people to achieve strategic business success.
HR Management programs: Develop, implement facilitate and review HR Management programs on people development in PRC sites.
People development programs: partner Department Heads to design development programs to increase skills and competencies and achieve agreed professional goals for career advancement with capacity and capability to address company development needs.
Talents acquisition: source internally or externally the best fit talents to meet strategic needs.
Engagement: Proactively manage high potential retention and plan and realize company wide employee retention programs to hone staff morale and engagement.
Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent disciplines
At least 10 years HR experience with 5 years managerial level
Exposure in people development for R&D professionals and or factory management professional are preferable
Smart, Creative, Outgoing and Fast Learning is an advantage
Well-versed with China Labour Law and HK Employment Ordinance
Familiar with both HK and PRC Individual Income Tax Ordinances
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Work in Futian District from Monday to Friday is required

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
