  • Monitors and supervises production lines to achieve meal production targets, including on-time performance of meal production, and the compliance of quality, hygiene and safety standards
  • Plans work schedule and resources for meal assembling and tray setting services
  • Handles and reviews airline customer audits and other routine checks to improve service quality
  • Communications specifications and requirements with teams to ensure production schedule and operating procedures are performed effectively
  • Provides continuous improvement solutions in terms of productivity, material and space utilization and engage in corporate projects as required
  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines, preferably in operations management, business management or engineering related disciplines
  • 5 years related working experience in food industry or labour intensive environment with at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service attitude and adaptive to changing business environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Sound in PC operations, including MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
