HK and Macau focus - Sizeable Team Management Exposure
You will be responsible for the overall revenue performance of the companys products in Hong Kong and Macau, and be supported by a able team of sales professionals. You will formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and profit targets and to meet other company objectives. You will develop strong business relationship with trade partners and strive to negotiate the best deals for the company in terms of pricing and position. You will further enhance the growth of the company, brand image and market visibility by developing new accounts and trade channels.
Degree qualified, you will have relevant sales management experience, preferably gained from multinational sportswear / sporting goods/lifestyle apparel products companies. You are familiar with the wholesales and franchisee distribution channels in HK. Energetic and result oriented, you possess strong leadership and negotiation skills. Strong commercial acumen, as well as excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese will be pre-requisites to the role.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
