  • Assists in planning and developing training programmes to support people development and business expansion
  • Liaises with line managers to conduct training need analysis
  • Develops and delivers various training courses to both supervisory and operational staff and conducts training evaluation
  • Supports to develop leadership development training programmes for talent development and company succession
  • Monitors the effectiveness of various trainee programmes and ensures their training and development plans are in place
  • Designs and implements staff recognition programmes to promote company culture and values, e.g. publishing staff newsletter
  • Organizes various staff engagement and relations programmes, e.g. CSR activities

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experience gained from sizable organization
  • Experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programmes and using personality assessment tools e.g. DISC
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Knowledge of video editing and photography is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • People-oriented, proactive, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
