Senior Operations Manager (Media Sales/ Advertising Agencies) A MNC specialized on advertising and media is looking for an Operations Manager.
Overseeing Operations and Technical Department including daily posting, operations and technical services support for all advertising formats covering light box, digital panel and exhibition site in MTR with achieving high standard of safety and quality in daily operations
Achieving departmental targets and objectives in terms of safety, quality, service delivery and output set by company in line with Group’s policy and guidelines covering sustainability development
Develop and review the departmental strategies, driving automation of processes via process reengineering projects as part of Continuous Improvement for better resource allocation, process efficiency, and enhancing overall productivity
Maintaining effective communications to align with business partner and principles requirements to perform management initiatives
Supervising and developing a team of operations & technical staff and formulate plans to maintenance and enhance high quality of services within Operations & Technical department
Ensuring appropriate and sufficient training to be delivered and advanced staff capability and competences within department
Proactively support departmental daily activities with ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality and safety standards, company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
Coordinate and support with other departments daily to provide seamless support with maximizing the department efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks, share market knowledge as well as develop best practice methodologies and approaches for enhancing advertising business operations
Implement budgeting preparation and control the overall expenditure for daily operations, asset replacements, furniture refurbishment, alteration and improvement works
Degree in Operations Management, Engineering or other related discipline(s)
Over 10 years’ working experience in operations industry with at least 5 years at managerial level
Concrete relevant experience in media or advertising industry with multi-national companies will be an definite advantage
Excellent project management, facilitation, time & team management skills
Excellent interpersonal relations skills, people management, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
