Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Team to launch various programs, events and campaigns for achieving business KPIs
  • Design and implement effective incentive programs that motivate agents to achieve the business targets
  • Arrange and organize client campaign programs
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to implement sales promotion programs
  • Organize and manage internal and industry recognition programs and awards
  • Review and analyze sales statistics, and prepare sales-analysis report
  • Plan and monitor budget and expenses for each individual project
  • Organize regular and irregular sales-analysis meeting

  • Requirements:
  • Degree holder with FLMI qualification
  • A minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in agency marketing and sales promotion;
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Solid knowledge and experience in event planning and management
  • Experience in life insurance industry is a definite advantage
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently and can work under pressure;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint / Word / Excel;
