Maintains smooth operations and stability of IT Infrastructure services by monitoring and analyzing daily operational matters, resolving issues and problems in most effective and speedy manner
Monitors and maintains the accessibility of IT Infrastructure services and resources to the agreed system availability and performance
Executes and administers the provisioning of the IT Infrasturcture services to support the business requirements
Delivers Infrasturcture Projects according to the established plan
Analyzes and resolves problem so as to avoid repetitive service disruptions to the business
Requirements
Degree holder in Computer Engineering or related discipline
A minimum 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support
Good technical knowledge on server (Microsoft Windows Server, Unix, Linux), virtualization technology, SAN, Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint
Knowledge on Oracle Database, network (Cisco), desktop infrastructure and system management are of advantage
Good problem solving skills
Customer service oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Pager support is required after office-hour on a rotation basis

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
