Job Description :

Responsibilities:
  • Data & Record Management for On & Off Boarding, Staff Movement, etc.
  • Staff benefits administration
  • Local or Overseas Payroll Management for specific accounts or locations including regular Payroll, Final payment, Leave record management, MPF administration and Tax Filing
  • Co-ordination with internal stakeholders and external parties for Overseas Payroll, Pension and Taxation arrangement, Bank reconciliation and ledger posting, etc.


Requirement:
  • Diploma/Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines with at least 2years solid HR experience
  • Strong numerical sense, meticulous and good analytical skills
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, proficient in Excel’s VLOOKUP and Pivot table are definite advantage
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Position appointed will be commensurable with the candidate’s level of experience
