Job Description:


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:
Design, build and maintain brands digital platform presence, including WeChat, Weibo and more. Ensure all marketing materials and releases are aligned with brand’s strategy and standard.

Analysis of social media performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), ensure performance of social buzz.

Brainstorm new and creative growth channels and strategies to enhance online consumer experience and increase customer engagement online.

Develop and managing digital marketing campaigns:
Lead, develop and deliver digital marketing plans according to brand strategy and goals to reach required traffic and raise brand awareness.

Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget

Ensure the appropriate branding and brand messages are used in campaigns

Coordinate with ecommerce team and other departments to ensure consistency

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Track, evaluate and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to optimize performance.

Media Buy:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns to provide best brand exposure under brand position.

Create and maintain the relationship with digital media sources such as KOLs to generate more social buzz.

Monitor and track the performance and ROI analysis to optimize digital Ad spend.

Desired skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/ e-commerce marketing

Experience in developing and managing social media engagements and integrated marketing strategies

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Strategic thinking, analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin; Spanish will be a plus

Availability to travel
